At Cosplay Palace, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Downloadable software products

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary items

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items showing clear signs of use

Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, vinyl records, etc.)

Items returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email support@cosplaypalace.com.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
