Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or supplier delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, the estimated delivery is typically 7–14 business days.

Total estimated delivery time is usually 8–17 business days from the date the order is placed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, item type, or supplier location. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
