Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Cosplay Palace.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery time is calculated based on two stages:

Production time – the time required to tailor your costume
Shipping time – the time required for the finished item to reach you

Because all of our costumes are made to order, delivery times will vary depending on the item and destination.

Processing Time

All costumes are made from scratch after an order is placed. Whether you select a standard size or provide custom measurements, each piece is personally tailored for you.

Production / Processing Time: Approximately 1-5 days

Order Processing

Orders are processed within up to 5 business days before production begins.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary by destination.

Estimated shipping time: 7–14 business days, depending on your country and local postal service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking (Registered Shipping)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cosplay Palace is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Lost Shipments

Cosplay Palace is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
