Costume Size Chart

This chart shows finished garment measurements (the costume itself), not body measurements. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size.

In general, our costumes are made to match the upper end of each size range. For styles that are meant to fit looser, please allow extra wiggle room based on your body measurements when choosing your size.

If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger size. It’s much easier to tailor a costume down than to fix one that’s too small.

This guide includes measurements for both men’s and women’s sizing. If you’re doing cross cosplay, please be sure to send the measurements that match how you’ll be wearing the costume.

Measurement tolerance (manual measuring):

  • Standard sizes: please allow a 1–2 inch difference

  • Custom sizing: please allow a 1–3 inch difference
    (1 inch = 2.54 cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inch)

How to Measure

For best accuracy, we recommend having someone help you take your measurements. If you have any special requests (extra room, preferred fit, etc.), please add them in the “Special Instruction” field when selecting your size.

Shoulder

Measure straight across the back from the right shoulder joint to the left shoulder joint (not around the body).

Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the chest/bust.

  • For women, please wear a bra while measuring.

  • For cross cosplay: if you plan to wear a bra with the costume, measure while wearing a bra.

Waist

Measure around your natural waist (the smallest part of your waistline—where your pants normally sit). Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Arm Length

Measure from the shoulder point to the wrist, passing over the elbow.

Upper Arm Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm.

Neck to Crotch

Measure from the shoulder down to the crotch area.

Inseam

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down to the ankle.

Thigh Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of the thigh.

Calf Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of the calf.
